Sinulog at TOPS
Celebrate Sinulog at Tops, a vibrant three-day festival from January 17-19, filled with music, dance, and nonstop fun. Enjoy Tribal Drum Performances and Sinulog Dance at The Circle, an All-Day Party at Hostel Honeycomb, and Face Painting at Playfair, all set against Cebu’s stunning skyline. Don’t miss the grand fireworks show on January 19 at 8 PM, the perfect way to cap off your Sinulog at Tops experience.
TOPS New Year Countdown Dinner Gala
The very first New Year Countdown at Cebu’s most iconic landmark, Tops, with an unforgettable Grand Countdown Dinner Gala! Celebrating the arrival of 2025 with a sumptuous dinner, a spectacular show, exclusive first access to SKAI 360º, dazzling fireworks, and an epic afterparty—all set against the breathtaking cityscape.
TOPS Christmas Tree Lighting
Tops' Christmas Tree Lighting event brought the magic of the season to life with a towering, architecturally stunning Christmas tree set against Cebu’s dazzling cityscape. Families and friends gathered to celebrate the holidays, enjoying festive lights, carols, and a special visit from Santa Claus, who delighted children with warm conversations and holiday cheer.
Topsy's Trick & Treat
The Topsy's Trick & Treat event at Cebu’s iconic Tops transformed the landmark into a festive wonderland, inviting guests to dress up in creative costumes for a chance to win exciting prizes. With arcade games, candy-filled trick-or-treating around "The Circle," and a magical atmosphere, it was a night of fun, frights, and unforgettable memories for all ages.

The Great Comet Watch
Cebu’s iconic Tops hosted the Great Comet Watch, celebrating the rare appearance of comet C/2023 A3, or Tsuchinshan-Atlas, as it lit up the night sky with its brilliant tail. Guests enjoyed breathtaking views, expert talks, and telescopic glimpses of this once-in-a-lifetime celestial event.
The Dawn
The Dawn, the iconic Filipino rock band, electrified Cebu’s Tops with a powerful performance of their timeless hits like “Salamat” and “Enveloped Ideas.” Set against the breathtaking views, their dynamic energy and classic anthems created an unforgettable night of music and nostalgia.
Kuya Magik's Hexacon

Character Hangout

Mamma Mia Here We Go to TOPS: Abba Revisited Concert
ABBA: Revisited brought a dazzling tribute to Cebu’s iconic Tops, delivering a high-energy performance of classic hits like "Dancing Queen" and "Mamma Mia." The stage came alive with performances by Jackie Chang, Shoti, Wonggoys, Dom Guyot, HNT, and Dane Smith, each bringing their unique sound and energy to the panoramic setting.
Missing Filemon Suroy Suroy sa TOPS Concert
Missing Filemon, a celebrated Cebuano band known for their energetic blend of Bisrock (Bisaya rock) and witty, relatable lyrics, delivered a memorable performance at Cebu's most iconic landmark, Tops. Their music, which captures the spirit and culture of the Visayan people, echoed powerfully against the stunning views from this elevated vantage point.
Julia Fordham Concert
Julia Fordham, the British singer-songwriter renowned for her soulful voice and evocative lyrics, brought her captivating music to a new level when she performed at Cebu's most iconic landmark, Tops. Known for hits like "Happy Ever After" and "Mysterious Ways", Fordham's blend of pop, jazz, and folk influences resonated beautifully against the breathtaking backdrop of Tops' panoramic views.
Til' Then TOPS
On October 21, 2022, we held a massive party to celebrate the legacy of the old Tops before it closed for renovation, aptly called ’Til Then, Tops. An estimated 3,700 revelers danced the night away to some of Cebu’s greatest musical acts, including The Wonggoys, Kuya Magik, and Cookie$. It was a fitting way to close one chapter of this historic venue and build excitement for its future.
